The experience with this company could not have been any better. The website was having some issues with shipping which was no fault of the company. I reached out, on a weekend at 6pm nonetheless, and within 30 minutes had a response with options for how to move forward including manually placing orders for me. Not only that, but they sent follow up emails to ensure that I was aware when the shipping issue was corrected and I could place an order. Once ordered, the items were delivered within two days.
